Free tracked & insured shipping worldwide on orders over $300. Below that, a flat $25.
Contact us to confirm production and delivery timing for customized jackets before placing your order.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your jacket leaves us.
Import duties and taxes for your country may be added at checkout or charged by your carrier on delivery.

Standard jackets can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unaltered and have their tags. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the jacket.
Customized and made-to-measure jackets are made for you, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please confirm sizing and details with us before ordering.
Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will repair, replace or refund at our cost.
Customers in the EU, UK and other regions keep their statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right for standard (non-customized) goods bought at a distance.
